Our Manufacture Fault Protection program will provide you with peace of mind which provides additional protection for your vehicle. The additional warranty coverage is our way of ensuring that you and your vehicle obtain the highest standard of support when needed.

The Warranty Plan
The Manufacture Fault Protection program covers all mechanical and electrical items covered by the original manufacturers' new car warranty against components that are defective in material and/or workmanship for the vehicle described in the owner's contract for the period of cover, provided that repair or replacement is first authorised by the selling dealership or the warranty administrator.

Period of Cover
Cover under this contract begins at the expiration of any statutory or manufacturer's warranty.
It ends when any of the following happens:
- The period stated in the contract ends or when the km's nominated are reached
- The vehicle is repossessed by any financier who has a security interest in it
- The vehicle is damaged beyond economic repair
- When vehicle has been sold or traded-in to a licensed dealer
Your Duty in Relation to Servicing
From the date of purchase of the vehicle, you must service the vehicle as per manufacturer's specifications at the recommended intervals either by time or kilometres.
It is recommended that the vehicle be returned to the selling dealership or a qualified service centre.
Please Note: If your vehicle has not travelled the distance in km's indicated for your next service, it is also a requirement that your vehicle is serviced according to the time intervals nominated by the manufacturer.
Repair Procedure
In the event of a failure likely to give rise to a claim under this contract of warranty, the customer may be requested to return the vehicle to the selling dealership.
If failure occurs outside a 100km radius of the selling dealership, take your vehicle to the nearest repairer and advise them of this warranty plan.
Prior to any repair, an authorisation must be obtained from our dealership or the warranty administrator.
Limits of Liability
We will repair or replace covered components up to the nominated claim limit for any one claim, and up to the market value in total claims for the full term of the contract.
Transferring This Warranty
This contract is transferable for the vehicle applicable in this agreement only if you have serviced your vehicle within the group of dealerships for the full period of this contract.
We will require proof of transfer of ownership within 5 days of private sale and we will transfer the warranty with the administrator.

- Catalytic converters
- Lubricants & all other expendable items
This Contract Does Not Cover
- 01Required by way of normal maintenance and servicing
- 02Damaged as a result of failure to carry out proper servicing and maintenance
- 03Damaged as a result of misuse or abuse of the vehicle
- 04Damaged as a result of operating the vehicle after it is known to be defective
- 05Modified from the manufacturer's original specifications
- 06Any aftermarket components or accessories fitted to the vehicle
- 07Normal wear and tear having regard to age and kilometres travelled
- 08Covered by manufacturers', repairers' or statutory warranty
- 09Necessary as a result of fire, accident, flood, hail, corrosion or deliberate act
- 10Damage by racing, rallying, speed trials or overloading
- 11Condensation in lights & LEDs
- 12Fuel contamination or incorrect fuel or lubricants
- 13Non-registered or unroadworthy vehicles
- 14EV & Hybrid batteries — covered by manufacturers' warranty for 8 years
Owner's Responsibilities
